Welcome to Our Fixer Upper | Raised Lettering Farmhouse Sign with Shiplap
Raised lettering, shiplap background and a frame are the perfect combination for my "Welcome To Our Fixer Upper" sign!
Details of this sign:
- Measures 20” wide x 12” tall.
- Background is a ship lap white with 3D cut-outs of words placed over top that are painted black.
- Frame can be added for an additional fee and will be stained in Provincial.

Production Time
Christmas Order deadline is November 30th. Any order placed on December 1st or later will not be completed until after the first of the year.
All items are handmade to order therefore after purchase I ask for up to 4 weeks (20 business days) to complete your order. If you need it sooner please message me for a "Rush My Order" option.
Shipping
Your order will ship Priority Mail through USPS, UPS or via FedEx Home. Please allow 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped for it to arrive. We will always send tracking information for your order, too!
Missing Package
The Farmer's Wife ships via USPS, UPS and FedEx. In the rare case your package shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still have issues, please let us know and we will do our best to help remedy the situation, on your behalf, with the carrier. Unfortunately, if your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Damaged Package
The Farmer's Wife takes great care in ensuring your order arrives to you safely! In the rare case your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will need photos documenting the outside packaging, inside packaging, and damage to the order. All our packages are shipped insured and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation on a case by case basis.
